Can I use Cash Practice Systems if I accept insurance?
Yes, you’re able to incorporate the patient co-pays and deductibles along with their non-covered services into the Cash Plan Calculator. You can also use the Auto-Debit System to collect any money the patient pays you directly for, even if they’re not on a cash plan.
I’m already a ‘cash practice’, why do I need this?
The Cash Practice Systems are perfect for all practice types. Our systems will help you to increase patient retention, better patient compliance with your treatment plans and sky rocket your cash collections.
Is there a contract?
No, all memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalties or risk at all. You can be confident you will receive 5-Star service as we have to earn your business every month.
Is training included?
Yes, training and ongoing support are included with membership. We provide training via live webinars or training videos you can access anytime. Most importantly, you will have your very own Account Success Manager to help you successfully implement Cash Practice Systems. When signing up, there’s a one-time fee for onboarding your team.
Can I use my own merchant account for the Auto-Debit System?
No, you will have to apply for our internet merchant accounts provided by our bank, Sage. However, we can provide you with a free comparative rate analysis to ensure we are competitive. Our merchant accounts are month-to-month with no cancellation fees.
What are your merchant account rates?
Our merchant rates are very competitive. You’d have a hard time finding better rates with no long term contract and no early termination fees. However, we’re happy to offer you a competitive rate analysis against any other offer you may have.
Can I use my existing credit card terminal to process payments?
No, that terminal will not be able to communicate with our Auto-Debit System. You would eventually phase out that terminal and use the Auto-Debit System for all one time and recurring payments. Cash Practice Systems offers USB Card Swipers and EMV Terminals for your computer as well as Mobile Swipers for your smart phones and devices.
Can I accept Google Wallet, Apple Pay & EMV Chip credit cards?
Yes! Cash Practice Systems is the only web-based software platform (that we know of) offering real time connectivity to a Credit Card Terminal capable of accepting EMV Chip Cards, Apple Pay and Google Wallet. In fact, you can even store cards-on-file from our terminal for future payments.
Is Cash Practice Systems a coaching company?
No, we’re a Software Company. However, membership includes the Cash Practice Academy which has training videos on how to be successful in a cash-based practice. We work with many coaches who recommend Cash Practice Systems to their clients.
What software and services does this integrate with?
We integrate with the ChiroHealthUSA discount medical plan organization as well as software from ChiroTouch, Genesis, and Eclipse. Although greater efficiency occurs when using an integrated software platform, it is not required. You can use Cash Practice Systems totally independent of any other software.
Can I use Cash Practice Systems if I do not have office staff?
Absolutely! Whether you have a staff or not, you can benefit from automation that Cash Practice Systems gives you. The average practice saves approximately 40 hours of payroll per month when compared to offices that don’t do automated payment processing.
Does Cash Practice Systems replace my EHR software?
Definitely not. There are many reasons to use an EHR program that integrates with Cash Practice Systems. However, it is not a requirement.
