The Auto-Debit Status report on the Dashboard now shows (1) The Number and Value of the Payments that need to be investigated and (2) If you have Completed Auto-Debits that are Not Paid Up.

Both of these updates are meant to help you avoid losing money due to you or your staff’s failure to follow-up when an Auto-Debit’s payment declines.  DO NOT IGNORE these alerts.

If you see them, be sure to CLICK on them and take action.

Patients will have the ability to update the card-on-file for their scheduled auto-debit payments.  The Auto-Debit System® will automatically notify patients to do so when their card-on-file is about to expire.

The Cash Plan Calculator® will have a simpler user-interface for creating and editing plans.
